We Offer Free Delivery
As a locally owned and operated business throughout Portland and its new location in Scappoose, Mattress World Northwest takes great pride in being seen as an organization that supports its customers. In order to bring everyone the most efficient and affordable shopping experience, our business model is designed around the best pricing, and the finest product and shipping options that make getting a new mattress as easy as it gets.
Mattress World Northwest offers free delivery for any purchase over $699. We use in-house and a range of third party delivery services. If you’re familiar with JT Home Delivery, S&K or Deliveries NW, we have long standing partnerships with them.
Convenient Mattress Delivery
We want to minimize the stress of getting your hands on a good mattress. We won’t leave you standing around all day waiting for a delivery. Expect a phone call the night before providing a definitive three hour window for the drop-off. We will establish the best route for bringing your new mattress in and we’ll even remove your old mattress free of charge.
Open communication, ease of service
In case of a change in your schedule, please let our delivery team know as soon as possible so an appointment can be set up for a more convenient day.
Please note the only restriction to mattress removal is – unless you are upgrading from queen to king sizes – delivery teams will only haul away same-sized mattresses.
