All Panasonic massage chairs come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty with ON-SITE SERVICE at no additional cost. Parts and on-site service for the massage mechanism are covered for 5 years or 1,000 hours of use.

Parts and on-site service for all other components of the chair are covered for 3 years or 1,000 hours.

A 2-Year extension that covers parts and in-home service for ALL components with no usage limitations can be purchased for only $450. This brings total coverage up to 5 years from the date of purchase, with no limitation based on the number of hours the chair has been used.
