I wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying my new mattress. It’s wonderful to get such a great nights sleep. I was really dreading replacing my old mattress but Stephen at your Canby location made searching and buying my mattress a great experience. Measured dip in bed turned in info and pics and called me to go try out bed. They have been wonderful to work with!! Then I went to store… Tried out a few beds the associate was sooo helpful I even bought a good pillow for my neck!!! SUCCESS! Thank you so much. Our 5-yr. old grandson is proud as punch with his new bed and drags everyone upstairs to show it off! After a slight glitch (handled promptly) we were on our way. Easy assembly. Great customer service! Extra credit to the young lady who hustled over to Causey store to rectify the glitch at closing time on Sunday! I would like to say Thank you very much for having wonderful employees. I went to the the NE Grand store. The sales person was not one bit pushy at all, he was very helpful and is great. He was the only person that asked me 1 question and that is ” Why are you looking for a new bed, and do you have any special needs” . In fact I do have a special need due to having my back operated on. Luis told me to make sure that I knew what was right, and if I was not for sure to take my time. I just got my new mattress that I purchased from the Salem store yesterday!!!!!!!! Ed at the store was so nice and wanted to make sure we had our new bed asap because of my health problems and less than 24 hours after I picked out my new bed it is here in my bedroom!!!!!! No pressure, just the best customer service. Also I want to compliment your delivery personnel, Mario and Karla, they are the best. Took off the mattress protector from the old mattress and put back on the new one and put a cover on the old mattress and set it on the porch for for pick up, being returned to the prior store.
