The line of ProAdapt mattresses offer Tempur-Pedic’s APR (Advanced Pressure Relief) material. Available in firm, medium, soft, and medium hybrid making this line the most diverse in available comfort levels. Be prepared for a ‘mattress made for big dreams.’ Tempur-Pedic APR foam is arguably their most comfortable and pressure alleviating memory foam that will gently hug and cradle every curve of your body for a night of restful restorative sleep.

The TempurBreeze models use a layer of ‘PureCool+’. This is an incredible technology which consists of PCM (phase change material) combined with cooling fibers in the zip off mattress cover. This temperature regulating formula will keep you from waking up too hot or too cold. The ‘SmartClimate’ cover controls humidity and excess moisture and heat that would likely otherwise be trapped near the body, or inside your mattress. The Probreeze is designed in medium or medium hybrid.

The Tempur-Pedic Adapt mattresses are also finely crafted in one of their their most luxurious lines, appropriately named the LuxeAdapt. No, Tempur-Pedic® mattresses are made without latex. They’re crafted using 100% new materials prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental considerations. They go above and beyond industry standards, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.

Do Tempur-Pedic® mattresses prevent bed bugs?

While many Tempur-Pedic® mattress and pillow covers are dust-mite resistant, they aren’t immune to bed bugs. Bed bugs can invade almost any space, including carpets and clothing. If your mattress is infested, contact a pest control expert. As a company, we can’t address bug-exposed mattresses.

Can I use a slat or slatted foundation/platform bed with my Tempur-Pedic® mattress?

While Tempur-Pedic® mattresses are best paired with a Tempur-Pedic® foundation, using a structurally sound slatted foundation or platform is acceptable. Ensure slats are at least 3” wide and spaced no more than 4” apart.

Can I use a mattress pad with my Tempur-Pedic mattress?

Using a mattress pad is not recommended as it interferes with the TEMPUR® material’s responsiveness. However, mattress protectors are okay, and for a softer feel, you might consider a mattress topper.

What differentiates the Medium & Medium Hybrid feel?

Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids, with their coil system combined with TEMPUR® Material, offer a unique feel. They generally feel softer than non-hybrid Medium options due to the TEMPUR-ES™ material.

Can I use a box spring with my Tempur-Pedic mattress?

No, box springs are not suitable. Instead, consider using our flat foundations or a solid platform frame.

Can I fold my Tempur-Pedic mattress?

Yes, for moving purposes. Ensure the top side faces inward. If cold, allow it to naturally reshape in a warm room.
