Mattress World Northwest Comfort Guarantee (Revised Dec. 14, 2014)

Getting you the best nights sleep is our goal.  It will take time for you to adjust to your new mattress as well as your new mattress adjusting to you. We do ask that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 60 nights to ensure that the padding contours properly and your body adjusts. Then, if you find that you are not comfortable, please contact the store location where the purchase was made within 90 days of possession and we will assist you in the selection of a different mattress and setup your one time comfort exchange.

There is a processing fee of $100 plus any additional delivery fees associated with all comfort exchanges.  A difference in lower priced models at the time of exchange is non-refundable. An increase in higher priced models requires payment for the current price difference at the time of exchange. The Comfort Exchange can only be activated if a new mattress protector was purchased from Mattress World Northwest on the original mattress purchase.

Note:  Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor a request for an exchange.  There are No Refunds.

Clearance, floor models, stained, damaged, special order products, adjustable bases, sheets, pillows and protectors are excluded from our Comfort Guarantee.
