Each year, we, at Mattress World Northwest are excited and honored to support and serve the Special Olympics’ Polar Plunge. Through sport, the athletes of the Special Olympics develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and become a vibrant part of the community. To support this worthy cause, hundreds of Portland’s weirdest take the plunge into the chilly Columbia River and raise much needed money. With safety of the athletes and Plunge participants as a priority, we won’t be gathering to Plunge together in 2021, but there’s the good news:
